The Writing Factory Inc. (TWF) was founded in 1979 by Edward (Ted) A. Eastman. After working for a systems implementation firm for about four years as their lead documentation specialist, Ted decided it was time to strike out on his own. While at the systems implementation company, Ted also worked closely with their sales manager to hone his sales and marketing skills.

Everyone warned Ted that starting a business was not easy. Within the first week of selling, he had managed to line up three consecutive contracts with different clients for the next 18 months. Ted wondered what all the fuss was about!

TWF knows how to determine a documentation project's scope, time frame and cost. Our proposals clearly define all project responsibilities and deliverables. Our unique, structured project management methodology allows us to maintain open, honest client communication throughout an assignment.
